20NL Mastercash - Small Flopped Flush Facing River Clickback

Is this flat on the river too tight or standard?

Notes Box just says "3b Q7o and T4s, stations postflop alot" so not a huge amount of use

Obv my line looks pretty strong, the only worse value hands I can see him raising are straights trying to get value from my sets.

The more I look at it, it feels tight cos I don't think he's gonna clickback/fold the river with any value hand and I think there's more weak hands than better flopped flushes

it sounds like you have the beginning/bare bones of a read that would suggest you should shove.  Flatting's fine if you're not completely sure.  in a vacuum and readless I think flatting is best
