    I don't think you should be calling the initial flop bet. You never have the best hand and you're getting really poor pot and implied odds to draw to the flush or straight.

    If you call and the turn is the 4c, how obvious is it that a flush is out? If you build a big pot in those circumstances, you're probably not winning. I.e. You have reverse implied odds to call the initial bet. The same applies to the straight.

    When it's raised on the flop, we're actually getting the correct pot odds to draw to the flush or straight... but that assumes that we know the club or Queen makes us the best hand. We can't make that assumption so we really do need to fold now.

    I was actually squeezing with my hand - figuring I was probably good to take it down there in that spot...
