1267 Punting Diary.

Here goes :

Been wanting to do one ever since Shuv's diary.

Going to throw some money at trying to make something happen ££££,  will be betting on various sports.   Mainly soccer,  Premier league espeically and American football.  Will dabble in other sports aswell, espeically the bigger televised events.

Gambled for fun in the past,   doubles trebles and big acca's.  Going to be attacking mainly single bets here, mainly around the EVENS price,   10/11 that sort of thing.    Then obviously with decenet bankroll management, anything over 55 percent picks (correctly picking outcomes) will put me in proffit.

If it all goes t**s up (decent chance) at least i will have monitored my losses instead of depositing and withdrawing at will with no real account of whats going on.

    I got off to an awful start with my diary, and I fell into the trap of not wanting to look foolish in front of everyone and desperate for a profit started betting more and more than normal, I was lucky and it paid off.

    Like the look of a few of your bets tonight and am sure you will be in profit after tonight.

    Columbia came from behind with 10 men aswell , lucky me !

    Unfortunately Slovakia threw away a 2-0 lead in the last second tho, so i guess it all evens out over time lol !

    Do you have a roll for this, and are you going to apply any bankroll management? Bet sizes will you have a minimum and max bet sizing and will they be odds related? Not really my scene but will follow with interest.

    My bankroll management will basically be betting 5- 10 % of my roll on any one bet.  My roll is about £1000.  If it gets really low then my bets will become 5.50 instead of £55 etc..   So in theory i can't go broke.  Unless i was to lose 15-20 picks in a row.
    Will tend to bet my max on 8/11 to EVENS shots, and bet a tiny bit less on 17/10 shots etc..

    I am pretty much making this up as a i go along, just want to see how it goes for a month or two then i may make some 'propa' rules .

    gl today... half your roll in play and moving in the right direction. Not sure about Boro tho so unpredictable and Barnsley needing the points.
    Think ill have a punt on the Blades winning today I know its a long shot lol but after second half display against Coventry they certainly have the talent to go a lot better than current form shows just hope they live up to it for a change.

    Somehow i think i managed to end up roughly £45 up for the day, making me £40 up total.

    Poor showing from the championship bets,  QPR last minute conceeding was also a bummer !

    Not sure, hopefully someone young and not someone who has had 6 similar jobs and been sacked from them all.
    Not sure who would come though because can't imagine the money being to good.

    I think Clough will get it.  but hopefully not ...
