why is it strange? and why didnt you bet after turn?

Thats why I think it was strange. I had the KK, I was hoping someone raised before me which they did, which hid my strength. The guy after me called too so there are 3 runners.

With a Flop of AKA like the one shown, and with two other players calling who I think I had pretty good reads on, I'm scared of 3 hands. AA, AK, QQ, KK.

    QQ's dont scare me
    KK is'nt possible

    so AA and AK.

With a weak bet of 16, I though I was being trapped. When the A came on the end, My KK is useles, so a KJ or KQ splits the pot.

I dont know, I ugess what im asking is was I right to be scared of AK or should I have raised that 16 bet..

In a multi-way pot, I'd be concerned about anyone holding any ace.
They just need to hit their kicker on the turn or river and you're toast.
If they've got an ace, you can almost certainly extract good value immediately; if they haven't got an ace then it's unlikely that you're going to get paid much anyway.
