    Hi Chelsea,

    Sorry to hear you are having problems, please can you provide some more information to help us recreate this:

    Is this on cash games or tournaments?
    Does it happen every time, on every player?
    Has it ever worked previously?
    Are you using the download or web browser?
    If web then which browser are you using?
    Are you using a Pc or a Mac
    Are you typing a text note in the notes box and then 'clicking' save? (You cant currently add a colour note without a text note)

    Played £500 freeroll mtt notes will not save.
    Type then save & you can see the player has notes click on it  & its blank.

    Edit: Playing browser(chrome) P.C. windows 7 64 bit

    None of my existing notes are appearing while playing the mini bounty hunter and new notes will not save (or the colour coding). same happened last night and am surprised that no one has bothered to fix it yet

    Thanks everyone for highlighting this issue with player notes on the new software, we've switched the mini events back to the old software for the weekend whilst we work on getting this sorted out.
