The SPT Grand Final is THIS Saturday.

Satellites & Direct buy-ins via Sky Poker.com continue, but will likely cease on Wednesday or Thursday, so the Admin can be sorted, names sent across, etc.

    I've tried numerous sats... got through to a couple of semis but bust them all.

    Semi finals now nightly

    ·      SPT Grand Final Semi - (9.15pm every day) 1 in 5, 1 seat guaranteed into the SPT Grand Final - £72 – Buy in.

    ·      SPT Direct Sat - (2.10pm, 3.10pm, 4.10pm, 5.10pm, 6.10pm, 7.10pm)  1 in 5, 1 seat guaranteed into Semi Final at 9.15pm – £16 Buy in.

     ·     SPT Semi Sat – (7.50pm, 8.50pm) 1 in 10, (3 minute blinds) Hyper 1 seat guaranteed  into the daily Semi Final - £7.20 + 0.80 Buy in.

     ·     SPT Quarter Final – (7.30pm) 1 in 5 into 9.15pm Semi Final - £16 Buy in.

    ·       SPT Micro Sat – (12.40pm, 1.40pm, 2.40pm, 3.40pm, 4,40pm, 5.40pm) 1 in 5 into the Quarter Final at 7.30pm - £3.20+0.20 Buy in.

    Some interesting news this morning.

    Both Rob Yong & Simon Trumper WILL be playing this weekend's SPT Grand Final.
     
    Rob played it last year, & final-tabled if I recall correctly. Both of them are absolutely tremendous fun at the Table.

    Great news! Can't wait for Rob to four-bet me with air and leave me wondering where I am :D

    Read an interview with Rob Yong recently, where he said this:

    "I started playing poker after watching Late Night Poker when characters like Jac Arama, Simon Trumper, Devilfish and Phil Hellmuth were stars, not young guys in hoodies talking about +EV and triple range merging."

    Have to say, I agree 100% with that sentiment. Too many players try to be mathematicians. Play the game - that's it.

    ·         The SPT Direct Satellites that ran at 3:10 and 4:10 have been replaced with SPT Micro satellites.

    ·         The SPT Direct Satellites that run at 5:10, 6:10 and 7:10 now have 1 seat guaranteed into the Semi.

     

    SPT Micro Satellites? £3.50 beginning at 3.10 daily

     

    so to get to the Grand Final at the weekend:

     

    A £3.50 Micro to a £16 Quarter (7.30pm)/£16 Direct (from 5.10pm) to a £72 Semi Final (9.15pm)

    or

    an £8 Semi Sat to a £72 Semi final

    Tonight is the last night for Satellites on Sky Poker

    £72 1 in 5 Semi final at 9.15pm, with the usual directs and feeders into that running today

    Aside from that - buy in at DTD tonight, tomorrow and probably Saturday with Late Reg for 6 levels

    Will also do SNGs tomorrow night for seats if there is enough demand for them
