New customers only!

edited October 2013 in Poker Chat
Why are we getting bent over by Sky for being loyal customers

Now you go and offer new players 30% rakeback regardless of points gained

Seriously Sky - do you actually want to keep us loyal customers or are you happy that we become unhappy and go and play on another site

Did you think we wouldn't find out

Do you think we are stupid ?

Why have you treated us this way ?

    Paranoid much?

Its a poker site, not life or death....go play another site...Oh you won't because you know you'll lose............Some of the regulars on here on a good thing. An whats best for Skypoker IS NOT good for the regulars.

But keeping the regulars happy is keeping the numbers down, would 888,stars,ipoker,betfred listen to your rant? NO so why should Sky?

For me, I don't care if you leave and 2 new members join. Some of you lot are just to intense, chillout, welcome the offers that may bring new users to this site and increase your winnings. Stop all the me me me nonsense.

yeah Sky can do what they like and as a customer I have the right to complain.

Just like customers of banks have the right to complain when "new" customers get better intrest rates.

If Sky want to offer "new" customer better deals then great for them

Don't be surprised when players leave for better deals and/or are unhappy with the deals being offered to new customers

    edit:

Also it amazes me why you would feel so comfotable with sitting alongside someone on a table and they are getting 50% more rakeback than you.
it's like sitting in a live casino and you basically paying more rake than all the others at the table that have been put on the table through an outside company.

I have been a massive supporter of Sky for years, but this is just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY!

Kind of missing the point, loyal regulars are getting screwed.  Why should we sit back and say nothing?

A new player can benefit from 30% rakeback, realistically I have no chance of ever achieving that despite the thousands I've paid in take to this site and it would make a big difference to A player at my level.  I'm annoyed and I'm not going to keep quiet about it.

Yeah you have the right to complain, but complain about what? New customer offers? I hope you  have plenty of spare time, as basically every company thats sells anything to a large scale public has new customer offers.

Now put your toys back in the pram, put you dummy back in your mouth, and enjoy the new customers these promotions may bring.

By the way, my mobile phone contract is cap compared ot the current "new customer only" offers I've seen, thats life kids.

    Hi guys,

We've posted the reasons as to why we have done this on an earlier thread.

Please refrain from starting new threads on the same subject.

    Thanks for your co-operation.
