Best of luck and stay disciplined.

The freerolls are paying tournament entries atm so it wont be easy.

    Play day 3 ...

Well again another busy day leaves me tired at 10.30 to start playing ...

    turbo dym 30p x 4 (3rd,4th,4th,5th)

today puts me down another 70p

    BR £8

Should i cut my sessions out when tired ? or try to grind through ?

Looking at tonights action and there arent any freerolls when I get on which is dissapointing as most nights I cant get on till 8ish ... do I consider low mtt's ? Might start 3 table sits or woupd I be best concentrating on one untill I start get positive days ?

    That's me! :p

Best of luck with this! Look out for the International FR's which occasionally appear when England play an International (Football) - They have big prize pools and everyone plays like a madman so if you're tight you can really earn a lot from them! :-)

My result s suffer when im tired, the brain cant think rationally and you do things that you know are wrong for that simple fact. Om a small roll, play enjoyable sessions were you can concentrate and are motivated imo. Dont force yourself to play if you know you wont enjoy the session or arent alert or motivated enough.

If you're playing mainly DYM's there's a very good guide somewhere written by John Connor which unfortunately I can't find at the moment but maybe Tikay will be able to locate it and point you in it's direction.

    Thanks all for your comments,

i know i shoudnt play half heartedly but i really want to get my sessions in if atleast 30mins lol its a phsychological thing.. i think ha ha i tend to have enormous amount of intrest then lose it all for something else (which i need to stop and get dedicated!)

Any help or tips for dym is very welcomed, i guess a strat is what i need .. and to stick to it :)

If I were you, I would play Six-Max games rather than DYM's. In theory it should be easier to cash in a DYM, which is better for building a bankroll. However, I found it considerably easier to make money from the Six-Max games. I'm not entirely sure why that is to be honest, but that has been my experience so far ..

    Play day 4 ...

well i played free roll at just now done well until 4 players were away and i was heads up... had awful caller making his flush even though i bet big he called ... but he won so i guess he out played me lol

    3 x dym turbo 30p 1 win 2 losses

i feel like at this limit im getting callers all the time and lucking out on me... 3 x bb 4 x bb 5 x bb still geting called all the time when im on the button, big blind, it im playing super tight until lvl 4 but still tightish (j10 above etc)

maybe 6 max is a good shout peter, jsut feel its a losing battle and i know im playing with pennies but kind of a knock losing 6/10 games

My current win rate is 6/17 ...

I feel dym is not my type of play atm ... if I win half im losing

Think the regular or 6max turbo is my best option ... less bubble play ... if I win 1/3 im up if I come 2nd I lose just rake

    So... PLAY DAY 5 ...

    I enter 2 mtt's

50 point free roll ... no win

    £100 deepstack £2.20 - i came 24th

I really enjoyed this game, even though i go against a villian who has been re-raising for a good while on a new table, i have 20bb he raises i bet all-in either steal the pot or double up and make the money for sure(well no garrentee's)

Well he only has pocket aces... and they hold lol annoying but i suppose variance is not with me.... all these days lol

Are you sure you're using good BR management? The last time you said your BR you had £8.10, but on playday five you said you entered a £2.20 Deepstack tournament - that's being quite aggressive with your bankroll.

When I started my diary with £10, I was only entering 30p tournaments until I reached £20.

    some advice:

44 vs qq  -  as already said just unlucky to run into qq but the right shove.

AA vs 79  - reraise a lot bigger preflop say to 600 at least!

A2 vs Q5 - Fold pre you have over 4k in chips - why get involved?! if you really do wish to play this hand then why call down every street with just ace high?

KK vs q9 - raise and reraise a lot bigger!!!!! I'm going 90-120 for my open then probably just shoving when villain reraises.

    anyway that's just my thoughts.

    Thanks for input,

I call down A2 because of the low price and straight draw, I miss but still call the low bet on the end so i could get a read on hands pre flop he will call and his betting play ... not the best plat .. thinking of implied odds if I hit

With the kk I played it wrong, that occasion my laptop was slow so I was just trying to raise asap lol

So I need to raise bigger in general and tighten when blinds vs stack are high ?
