Apart from over limping with a rag ace, all seems fine.

I probably wouldn't just click back the river, as it basically says we have a monster and can never be bluffing. Turns out we lose to an even bigger monster, but I'd still be shipping over his initial river bet. Look to get maximum value if he has also limped a weak Ace or happens to have a stray 7.

Yes seems fine. We basically flop the nuts and want to get money in, but if we are in position and someone is betting into us (albeit small), let them fire away. 

Obviously if you raise the flop, 88 probably folds, but we don't want them to fold. If they hit their 2 outer on us then so be it, but long term that 8 won't appear very often.
