Hand 3 - Just check the flop. I'd go smaller on the turn and get it in on the river.

Hand 4 - Your mistakes probably came earlier in the game, have you lost a big hand or have you folded down to 450 chips? I suppose we just have to shove here unless there's an extreme circumstance like it's the bubble of a DYM and there's another player that has the same/less chips than us (not all stacks are visible in HH) cos you aint getting folds.
