You're only beating KT,QT, and a flush draw.
The arguments for not betting the turn would be that the villain shouldn't have many Jacks in his range or Ax hands that haven't just gone ahead. Readless (as IDONK always seems to be) I think we shouldn't expect the villain to turn his Qx, Tx or Kx hands into a bluff on this turn and it's unlikely that he has any air left in his range, so we can check without fear of being exploited.
I'd say that, in a vacuum, checking the turn is definitely best. If the villain bets, we can fold. More of the hands that bet the turn are hands that beat us than hands we beat. If we don't expect one-pairs to bet, then the only value hands that might bet which we beat are QT and KT.
Check-folding the turn is fine...
...but we definitely need to bet bigger on the flop. It's a flop that smashes the villain's range and, if it hasn't hit him, it's not as though there's anything that can happen to make him pay us off with his underpairs or random unpaired hands.
