Poker In Vegas???

Hi

Not sure if anyone can help but im heading to Vegas in a few weeks and have never been before. I want to play plenty of poker when i'm there but have no idea of how it works out there.

I ideally want to play a tournament each day for about a $300- $500 buy in. Do these happen each day and if so how do i go about finding out which casinos and times etc?

Also I'm sure every casino has cash tables to play on but are there better places to play then others (for games like $2.50/$5 etc)?

I have tried looking all this up but havent been able to really find the information i was looking for.

I've been to Vegas with my fella about 11 times, there is every kind of tournament, limt/no limit/omaha and......well every kind of card game running 24/7/365.

Its llike most live casinos, just buyin get ya chips and try ya best. By the way Vegas catters VERY VERY well for first timers/newbies. Just don't worry about it, when you're there everything will fall into place fine.

As for where to play, everywhere will have soft tables of people playing whilst on holiday and giving there $50 dollars away, there will be sharks looking for the tourisists and cleaning up there will be uber tight tables. But just relax all will be fine.
