This is normal, if you get too irritated at this happening, I dread to think how many computers you have thrown out of the window. It looks to me from the limited information available correct to call in this case with KQ, but you will be either in bad shape or it will be close. You was lucky, in that not only was it close but you was slightly ahead. Just as your opponent was lucky in that it was close and they were only slightly behind. That fact that your opponent won is irrelevant really. When you called, your opponent could have had a hand that was crushing you like KK, you were lucky they didn't, they could have been ahead with something like AJ, you were lucky they didn't, they could have out drawn you, and you were unlucky they did. So you were lucky 2 out of 3, some people have all the luck. :-)

all this is total noncence, if you learn what peoples shoving ranges are in this spot then he isnt lucky to be ahead what so ever. hes ahead most of the time here

My view is that he strayed onto Sky Poker when in fact he was looking for Sky Bingo - happens quite a lot on this site - they need to make the Bingo sign larger.

It was 10bbs, not 20. And if he thinks you are folding too often he can shove any two cards profitably.
