Pretty sure I know the answer, but wanted to check. Clearly playing very shallow at this stage, but should I shove this or wait for a better spot?

You dont have much fold equity here at all and I wouldnt expect BBmike to be opening too light with 13bb and folding to a shove...

You almost certainly arent ahead of his opening range here.  I'd be looking for a slightly better spot... in either an unopened pot with a lot of holdings or over a raise with hopefully a stronger hand.

Although I totally understand the shove being so short n all... but I dont see you getting folds enough for this to be +ev.

Gazza really sumed it up, you have no fold equity for this to ever be profitable.

Easy fold, no FE and behind pretty much 100% of hands that he's opened.

    Easy fold.

You have no fold equity so need a strong hand to move allin with. I would even fold all Kx hands except KQ, A10 and lower and some PP's

It is far, far better to be pushing FIRST into the hand with any two if you wish. I would rather push allin and be called by QQ than the other way. By being first in you can make many, many better hands fold.
