Foul and abusive language

Are the tables monitored for abusive language, and if so why are people allowed to continue posting offensive language ?

    Hi there

    Yes, checks and procedures are in place to prevent and monitor this and we do not tolerate abuse at the table.

    However, it is difficult to monitor every single word on every single table, especially when people 'dodge' the profanity filter. We do appreciate additional support from players in reporting anything they deem innapropriate so if you do see something, please report it to customer care and it will be dealt with asap.
