Finding these new graphics a nightmare

Playing a tourney earlier it kept on freezing all the time i open another table and it kept skipping   sometimes theres a flop and no cards were coming down was a nightmare didnt get this on the old software

if i open up facebook aswell as play on sky poker it kept going into sp  az mode meaning my tables would freeze up for about 5 mins   kept on doing this any 1 else having same problem or just me ?

I have the same problem, can you get support to admit any fault. Not a cat in hells chance
