Software Problems relaunching and bet sizing

When you get knocked out of a tournament the tournaments on the new software automatically relaunch when you have been knocked out.  Also with bet sizing when you click on the bet you cant just type in your bet as it doesnt highlight it and you have to press the delete button 3 times to type the bet in really frustrating when multitabling.

Agree with you there bearlyther.  It's so annoying that you cannot just click in the betbox.  Hopefully they will fix this soon.

I have noticed these couple of minor niggles

Bet sizing box needs to be auto highlighted so we don't make mistakes and it will also make typing bets quicker. I nearly typed in 215100 the other night cause the box already had 100 in it - just aswell I checked before pressing enter - not that I have ever had that many chips lol.

Tables do auto re-launch when u are knocked out.....can anyone confirm my suspicion that it usually happens mainly with tournaments we have late regged into?

    Hi bearlyther,

The  software (both new and old) during a tournament conducts a scan of all players that are registered into the tournament. This scan is done every 30 seconds, if the software picks up that you are in the tournament then it will relaunch the table for you if it is closed. If you get knocked out of the tournament and close the table, before the latest scan has been done it will still relaunch you until the next scan is done. We have this scan in place to ensure that players are directed to the table from the lobby if they have either forgotten they have registered for a game, or closed one in error.

With regards to the bet sizing issue. This has not changed from the old to the new software. The text in the bet size box is defaulted to the min bet or min raise. To amend the text in the box, instead of having to press delete 3 times you can click and hold to highlight the text then type your new bet size in.

    Thanks

    Sam

Can you not make it so that if someone clicks inside the betbox, it immediately is clear so we can enter our betsize?  This would be far more user-friendly.  No need to keep the minbet or min raise size in as you already have 2 buttons that will process that request 'bet' or 'raise' at an instance.  If anyone is clicking on the betbox it's because they want to remove the bet amount and input their own desired amount.

    +1 to doubleAAA

it is very frustrating multitabling when you have to delete inside the box much more user friendly.
