55 bounty hunter no cards 1st hand

Register for the 55 bounty hunter.  Tournament hasnt begun yet and 1st hand im on the button.  I have no cards have to wait 1 hand as im on the button.  Why is this?

I've had this a couple of times as well.  I think it maybe that the others have already been seated and then you have late regged.  So even though the tournament clock is still counting down, it has not factured in that you're seated until the next hand is about to be dealt. Terrible really.
