Hi guys - thanks for your posts

We certainly are not trying to mislead people. Our priority was to get our new desktop product out first (designed to be more suitable for tablet too eventually) and now that is live, we will have this soon. It is being worked on right now.

    Thanks

Sky have just tweeted that the app will hopefully be out in Q1 of 2014.

They have been saying that every quarter since about 2011! I find the constant lies and fobbing off incredibly insulting and disrespectful. A simple 'we have no plans for an iPad app' would suffice. Instead they continue to mislead us and lie to us.

No matter - I think its time to go and play elsewhere.

Apple will almost certainly release a 'jumbo' iPad in 2014 with a 12.9 inch display, probably in October and maybe called the iPad Pro. If that product happens there will be no better way to play Sky poker. Imagine the screen sat on your lap and just tapping away at all your games, it would be amazing. So in anticipation of such a device being released, Sky need to get this app out pronto, so it could be on it's 3rd or 4th update by then. So let's hope this happens soon.

People do have a point, you have been saying this since 2011.it's no longer credible to say it will be out soon as your definition of soon does not tally up with the dictionary.
Perhaps instead of coming up with excuses you could be honest and admit you have no idea or actually get it done.it's an app,and  two years is poor by anyone's standards

Yeah sky, put all the good you do to please the masses and put that on the back burner for those who are too lazy to get off the sofa and use there Pc and put all your time and monies in producing an app for the minority ;)

We have lived in a post PC world now for 4 years. The masses own tablets, which cost from under £50, not old fashioned PC's which you sit in front of and take up space. The Sky Poker TV ad is running constantly, advertising that it's a revolution in poker, but it's an iOS/Android app which would truly make it a revolution and bring in the punters. Others like 888 and BWIN have an app, so why not Sky?
