    Well, you went all in on the river without really concerning yourself about what he had called you with twice previously, (and you also led the flop, which was somewhat unconventional given that you were not the pre-flop raiser, which probably confused your thinking a little). You've got top pair on a straight and flush kinda board - I'd have slowed down and thought about his hand a bit.
