This is just staggering.  By the looks of the T&Cs this promo is doing everything you want it to do yet you still make that post.

Would you like to come back here and retract and apologise for everything you have said?

Also I completely agree that recreational players are the most important thing for any site, and by the looks of it it is those who will benefit from this promo.

IMHO, this is a great promotion for the ordinary player who can put in a bit more volume this month.  It won't benifit me at all as I won't be putting it in but very good luck to everyone who does.
