Given the "creative" accountancy at work in the previous legs, that wouldn't suprise me.
However, this is officially the biggest sporting victory since Bon Accord lost 36-0 to Arbroath in 1885.
It will go down in the annals of sporting conflict as the greatest team performance in over a century.

I think 9 out of the Top 10 were Orfordians- they should have called it off when we got to the last two tables on compassionate grounds. 

I'm all for sporting competitiveness, but honestly it was a massacre.

Hi All,
Firstly, well done to you all last night, but it was a shame that it was NOT a deepstack tourney, but a double stack velocity.
I fully understand the reasons behind the decision, because of the size of the field, but IT DOES NEED TO BE LOOKED AT FOR THE NEXT ONE.

Anyway to all the orfordians, enjoy your moment in the sun but in the end it didnt really matter, to anyone apart from you as we had already held the unasailable lead in legs.

Tikay's Old Brigade repeatedly said that they would win the games of skill and that Team Orford might win the events where luck played a bigger part.
In reality, the Old Brigade had to win the Velocity and Roulette in order to achieve a 3-2 scoreline. I also suspect that last night's crushing victory in the deepstack means that Team Orford won more cash during the series on aggregate.

I hope that this helps to alleviate your confusion. :-)
