Tournaments 100% IMO. The longer you last the more exciting it gets going through the payout levels, then once you reach that final table you get that buzz every time someone is knocked out which you don't get from any other format. To win an MTT is the best feeling in poker. (Or so I'm told)

Tournaments are more exciting, by far.

And as for 'exiting', well, I like to exit tournaments towards the business end.
