Closing of new tables

At the end of a tournament, would it be possible to leave the tables open a little longer?

Particular in HUT's it would be helpful to have time to make notes about an opponent before the table closes. HU is so intense, especially Hypers/Turbos, it is hard to find time to make notes during the game.

    And you don't have time to see which hand won/lost especially if multi tabling
