    I think after the all in you should have shoved, that way your forcing him to call his whole stack with a marginal hand and also you could be up against the other hand heads up giving you a better chance to win the hand, still a really bad call from him!

      The only thing really bad about the villains play was his UTG limp with a marginal hand. After the all in and call he was getting over 2 to 1 odds and limited liability because you only had 25 back, so he knew it would not really cost him any more of his stack.  This is one of those times when he decided to have a gamble and it paid off. If you had had about the same size stack as the villain then it would have changed the dynamics of the hand totally because he could have been asked a question for his tourny life. The other thing to remember is that the call he made was only for a further 8.5BB so was not the biggest ask in the world.

    I only had 25 chips left, having out 1800 in the pot! Would a shove would have made any difference?
