Just an idea

Maybe something to look at in the future is doing a few leagues.. say 20 in each league, 4 leagues with a few promotions and relegations every few months.. if anyone new wanted to join you could wait til there were 20 more people and just spawn a new league and have to work your way up the divisions..  might help keep everyone interested for a more sustained period of time..
