Not got many reads on villain 1, as I was fairly new to the table.
Villain 2, seemed your standard reg type player.

Any general advice? I was thinking of shoving the flop, but I wasn't comfortable given that most the time i'd get called by an Ace. Now i get shoved on the turn, is it a call or fold?

Fold just can't see any of his range you're ahead in a 3 bet pot pre.

Fold. The list of hands that beat you are far too long. You've commited so little, why get stacked in a silly spot? Don't fall victime to the entitlement effect that big PP's can give people. It is still just a pair. :)

Also, short-stacks rarely get into it with small hands, and given his call of your 3bet an ace is likely, but any number of hands have you well-beat.
