Misplayed hand?

From a £1 hyper husng, match had just started and I was pretty readless on the opponent, except that they seemed quite stubborn post flop with bottom pair, under pair etc. Am I overvaluing my hand on this board?

I would bet slightly more OTF and a bit more OTT as played to set up a river shove. River is a pretty horrible card for our hand. Not just because it could improve oppoents hand but also because it means that there's a lot less worse hands that can call. When he bets into us I would be very wary of being beat. I don't usually make a habit of folding 2 pair HU but this is one of them boards where we might be able to get away from it. Only hands we are ahead of could be something like AQ/AJ that floated 2 streets and hit a pair or maybe a KQ/KJ hand that just doesn't know what to do when the ace hits so decides to bet. 

What I don't understand though is why you decided to shove? We're basically just giving ourselves worse odds on the call and instead of leaving ourselves with 150 chips if we call and lose (7.5bb's still retaining fold equity on shoves plus the possiblility of being right back in it if we win an all in.) we've left ourself with a mere 60 chips: not impossible to claw back but a damn sight harder than with 150 chips!

Thanks F Ivanovic, I think a lot of my reasoning here had to do with the hyper husng format, although I certianly agree that the shove was pretty bad. i don't think I could realistically call the river, I would be left with 7.5bb's but in a hand or two the blinds would increase to 15/30 leaving me with 5bb and even less fold equity, this is probably a push fold situation. I think the 1/2 pot sizing on the flop was more to do with balance than anything else. As I had c-bet to that sizing when I had missed, I thought that I should be betting the same amount when I hit so as not to give off any reads as to my hand strength. That said, I think my turn sizing should be larger as I'm still likely to be called by a lot of draws that I'm favourite against. When he calls the turn I think there's a lot of weak Kx (he didn't re-raise pre) even some 10s and 8s that pick up equity when the nine hits, as well as a mountain of flush, straight draws. The river is clearly horrible, completing all his flush draws and scaring away all of his pair+straight draws that called the turn + AQ/AJ are not in villain's range since he would have re-raised preflop. I think his range when he leads out for 90% of the pot is heavily weighted towards hands that beat mine (perhaps he was scared of a flush with his QJ and decided to lead instead of check raising??) and that I should fold.
