Might be able to help you mate.  These were the last set of students I taught who have now gone on to crush the mtts and 50-200nl cap.

If you feel you want extra sessions then your stake should provide.
If you feel your not getting the right coahing then the stake is a bad one.

The main thing you should be getting out of staking is improving your game
