Moving tables

HI. Sometimes when I,m moved to another table I don't receive any cards and it says I,m away and folds me out. I,ve downloaded the software but it still happens. Would anyone have any advice on this please. Kind regards

    Hi Sumner,

    Can I just ask for some clarification on this. When you are moved to the new table are you in a position where you should be dealt cards? eg If you move to the table and are sat where the small blind should be, or between the dealer and small blind you will not be dealt cards.

    However we have had a similar report here, that mentions when you are being moved to a new table you are dealt into the hand but the cards that you are dealt are not visible. 

    If you are able to provide us with hand numbers of when this has happened we will be able to look into this for you.
