this is in £5.50 mtt tournament sky once again decided to fold my hand without asking me first, i defo make this call and 80% certain i win but never gave me the choice just folded my hand, fantastic!! also had ace8 folded when board was A93 and nothing much in pot but its getting frustrating now

Are you playing on a laptop with a pressure pad for a mouse? The danger here is if you are using the pressure pad or using the litte mouse built into the keyboard is that your hand touches the pressure pad and the laptop takes it as an "enter". This can happen quite easily. I always use an external mouse and keep my hands away from the keyboard (except when chatting of course) for this reason. I have occasionally played on a laptop with no external mouse and have had these folds for this reason, including with pocket queens when about to call an allin pre-flop.

Yes it is very annoying, but why did you check the flop, with 3 other players still in the pot?
Yes you had a strong hand but you opened yourself to straighty type cards to beat you trips.

agree with mr.mbro. u should definitely of protected your hand post-flop. trips can be a vulnerable hand against 3 other players. still very annoying 4 that 2 happen, cant say iv experienced that yet

i checked because the loose player had been betting every hand and i was sure he was gonna bet, couldnt believe he checked.

i did cash in 8th and got £23 so wasnt all that bad but still annoying when this happens
