Technical issue

When i register a tornament, and it begins the screen comes up. It loads, but I never get to the game. The loading screen just carrys on until the tornament is over. Any recommendations on how to sort this out?

Happens alot with me tbh. continue to reload  by right clicking on the screen,  eventually it will load, hopefully.

I have the download version. Even reinstalled it. I do keep trying, but no luck
