was only scared of someone slow playing a monster, but AJ and J8 bet either flop or turn for sure.. just werent sure wether to shove raise or flat, with ozzie behind.

Do you have any notes on Ozzie's general play (or davecrow for that matter)?

I think without reads I figure Ozzie will only ever call (if we call) = extra £5.40 in the pot.

If we shove, Ozzie may call (depends on the player) but I'd say davecrow almost certainly calls = extra £9.45 in the pot.

So I shove and feel sick if a slow played AJ/JT has sucked us into stacking off.  Personally I expect to see KQ, a high flush, or even KJ, QJ most of the time

    Really have to fold flop...

    As played, shove river.

dont think I should fold flop for 80p im afraid never folding for that much..yeh thought i was beating dave but werent sure on ozzie he is pretty tidy

I'll be surprised if anyone agrees with you that calling on the flop is ok. Not really sure what your hoping to hit?

Ozzie is barely ever gonna show up with a better FH after checking the turn btw.

I agree. Long term this call is such a leak. How many times you going to be good at the end? Short of runner runner straight your not callin to hit the nuts and can be in bad shape if you hit your ten.

As played we beat so much we have to shove over. We beat trip jacks, flushes and straights and bluffs. We are behind to just a few hands that as played are not likely.

Im shoving and more than likely getting looked up by KJ QJ KQ or a flush. I think both would call... checking the turn from everyone and then him leading looks like a ?J trying to rep a big flush. I would put the guy still to act on the flush.

You are being beat by bout 5 hands and for them to have slow played it after leading for 80p would seem out of character with the chekc on the turn.

But then again I have been wrong before...

    Result?

    This.

Flop call is questionable, to put it nicely! Ship river.

I'd certainly connsider 3bt pre sometimes unless the guy is an uber nit.

Fold flop. I can see calling a cbet HU in a hand on a flop, but this is not that. Wet flop and for someone to lead out in a 4 way pot they have something, and someone else calls him. Not good spot for you.

As played sure shove the river. Lots of hands he could be value betting after the turn check, but I do have a nasty feeling he is one of those that slows down when they fill up and you could well be facing a better FH on this occasion. Still I'd likely shove it. Given the action if he has you beat it will be J10 or AJ I'd think.

Only problem is that if the guy can play he is only calling with hands that beat you.

Yeah you got lucky, not that wise a play with the flush on a paired board. Long as you don't use the result to justify repeating the play. Still think calling this type of  flop with your holdings, and with two others clearly interested in it would be a leak long-term.

I hate that raise on the river.
