hi can anyone help as not on list for winners freeroll was in tk's team won a grand total of £1.69

They've had to remove a couple of hundred of the Tikay team entries from this freeroll otherwise it would have been too obvious that there were over 600 hundred in Team Tikay and only 200 in Team Orford - it looks like you were one of the unlucky ones.

Are you sure you were in team tikay?? the only reason i ask is, at the start when enrolling, if too many were on a particular team, some were placed into the other team to even the numbers up, just a thought??

i was also not entered and after 2 online chats and a phone call, was told that the tournament was full.i was in team tk and cashed in 2 events.  i tried to explain this to customer services but to no avail.1 advisor told me that the reason i was not in was that i did not do enough posts on the forum last month. lol .after that i gave up at 18.50 as it was clear nobody knew what i was on about . so so frustrating to miss out and be given such lame excuses.i have emailed a complaint to them but wont hold my breath..  fins

hi rich thanks for posting ,as i said i originally picked team orford but my conformation email stated"your in team tikay" so i assumed i had been moved,i also apparently finished 20th in mvp list for team tk on another thread ???  anyway water under bridge now and thanks for the reply..fins
