Sky crashed for split second, everyone was sat out at my tables.

Can someone tell me what happens with this hand? I contacted sky and on the chat all the told me was this is 'unfortunate' and basically its tough!? And all players were refunded.

This is a low stakes game I know, but is all players being refunded the answer? what if this was a 1k pot, and someone has stone cold nuts.. and then the hand is just voided? Can sky justify telling that player its unfortunate that out software went down for a split second and we will refund your stake in the pot?

This is a very rare occurance but the fairest thing is to refund. It is not possible to 'recreate' or restart the many hundred of hands that were playing at the time.
