Ok at the time and during the session i was actually happy with this hand, however when i looked back into the hand history and broke it down into stages i feel i made a huge mistake. 

I've stopped it at the decision point in the hand for proper feedback. 

Breaking it down into my thoughts. 

Pre - 3bet ?

Firstly im really unhappy with my 3b sizing on the turn, but when he re-click 4bets suddenly his range is now almost super narrow, expessially given his check on the turn. What is the best line to take from now on? I know we have second nuts, but when his range is lower sets or 67 whats the best route ?

Firstly.... wow, you're back, wp Don, good to see you back!

We can certainly 3bet pre. As played, I'd probably lead the flop. And as played I'm 100% just shipping the turn after all the action. If he has 67o so be it, you best try and house up Why did we make such a wierd/bad 3bet though. If I 3bet the turn it has to be at least £1 imo

Turn - I'd raise to like 90p - £1 then just 5-bet gii.
