    I think its played fine until you are four bet. Maybe too nitty but I think its a fold pre. I doubt AK/AKs and worse PP's are four betting this amount. I dont think we can call here just for a set and/or hoping for a safe flop to then jam on and get called by worse.

    If pre you are jammed on then I think there is more of a case of not getting away from it as 1010/JJ/AK/AQs are all hands that would do this. 

    But with this line then its a fold. Especially as its first hand.

    I'm always folding to a 4 bet on the first hand, possibly just flat his first raise and see how the hand plays out. But with how it was played i doubt anyone does that with jacks

    We all know that you should really let it go, but in the heat of batttle it isn't easy to do.
