3 players in hand, 2 all in and chip leader.

2 players all in both have Q 6 suited.

Chip leader wins hand with Flush.

How is it decided which of the 2 all in players wins and therefore doubles their money??

This has been tested before in the past by forum members and if 2 shortstacks are all in on the bubble and both bust with identical stacks then who is the bubble boy is complete random.
