Luis Suarez is 1/14 to win this award.

But this is a player based vote and suarez has alienated a lot of voters with his antics over the years. 

Cant see anybody from Manchester United or Chelsea voting for him. 

Also how many Black players are going to vote for a players who recieved a long ban for a racist offence and the disgraceful no hand shaking incident.

Ryan Giggs won this award in 2008/09 which at 35 was more of a sentimental vote than on anything he did that year.

Which is why I think Steven Gerrard is massivly overpriced at 33/1

Gerrard is a one club model pro whos loyalty to Liverpool might finally be rewarded with what will be an emotional 

first premier league title.

its a foregone conclusion, suarez wins whether you love him or hate him. any other bet is a wasted one.

I would say odds re Suarez about right especially if the votes have been leaked. Graham Taylor announces top six on 19th April.

Having said that at 33-1 I agree with Badboy that Gerrard is very attractively priced. Date the slips went out and needed to be back by would be interesting to know. If only recently, Gerrard has even more chance.

Yeah all proffesional footballers are fair level headed young men who would not let any personal issues cloud there impecable judgement.

just look at that clown mourhinio yesterday appart from saying were not playing anymore and its our ball he couldnt have done a better impression of a year 5 schoolgirl!
