Forum HU Team All-Play-All League *Closing date for Entries Fri 18th April 5pm*

Players will play HU Sit and Go's at the £1 games, which hopefully makes it open to everyone. These can be hypers or turbos.

If we can get this going, will also  try and get some prizes for the winning team.

    Had an idea for  a fun HU team event.

    Team will consist of 4 players. There will be a league, and every team will play each other.

    If Team A was Playing team B, player 1(s) would play each other, 2(s) wuld play each other so on.

    It would be the best of 3 games. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw 0 for a loss.

    So For example, Team A v Team B

    Player 1 (team A) versus Player 1 (Team B),   Player 1 (Team a) wins 2/0
    Player 2 (team A) versus Player 2 (Team B),   Player 1 (Team a) wins 2/1 

    Player 3 (team A) versus Player 3 (Team B),   Player 1 (Team B) wins 2/1

    Player 4 (team A) versus Player 4 (Team B),   Player 4 (Team a) wins 2/0

    In this case Team A wins overall 3/1 so would recieve 3 points.

    Example 2, As in the above example if we change Player 4 from team B wins 2/0, then it would be 2 points each and a draw. Both teams would be awarded 1 point each for a draw.

    We could make it an all-play-all assuming about 5-7 teams enter.

    I like the idea, but given how long the recent forum HU competiton has taken, this would take months/years to complete.

    Hey mate , say 5 teams, it's not going to take long 2 complete. Because its team focuseed it will be regs, who play most days. Would be no point in taking part if some1 can't play was seldom on. Sent from iPhone invade predictive text has went crazy

    You're better off starting a 'homegame' group on another site, and a facebook page to organise it (as obviously it wouldn't be right to do it here).

    If you make each team captain 'admin' they can arrange playing times (for his whole team) with the opposing captain, and set up the games within the homegame group as and when.

    It'll work fine if the people who enter can actually commit (within reason) to it.

    If you as the tourney director can be a rsed to oversee all that, I could easily get a team of 4 to crush! ;)

    I'll be a captiano 2, Provisionally my team looks like this SlipWater (Sit and Go Folding Waizard), Teddybloat, (HU Legend), and Liamboi (Poker Crusher). (they don't know yet they have been picked to be on the winning team)

    I'd maybe give it a go. A word of warning though. We had a TPT HU comp last year and I'm guessing it started round about July time. It still hasnt been finished......
