We`re about 8 hands into a deepstack,Nobody has been going mad, when oppo raises the flop, I don't think I can flat ( or is that ever an option? )

Bad flop. I would be very happy to see a free turn and evaluate then. Not much point in betting as very little worse will call and will leave us susceptible to being bluffed.

Think I'd just fold the flop, but don't think it's shove/fold, I think calling is a far better option than shoving.

I don't see why we would want to shove. No one has gone crazy so assume they have us beat, no one likes folding QQ but its an easy one to fold in this spot. If we call there are few turn cards that we like.
