limping

been playing a while now mainly on micro stakes 30p turbos but goin onto 1.15 sngs  but i got a really bad habit of limping in, any ideas where to look or any advice to get out of this habit wud be helpful really bad flaw in my game

A nice simple rule, if it's good enough to play then raise. If you don't want to raise then fold.
