    Any reads or anything?

Difficult to see you're ahead when he goes over the top on the river. Looks very much like a 54/74 that has donked out with 2 pair and filled up on the river. Or the 6d of course ;)

River raise leaves you a bit pot stuck really. But he's gone all in with close to zero fold equity so unless is super spewy, he has to have the nut flush beat.

I'd probs bet turn too ;)

    Thanks for the replies.

Nope no reads as I had just moved to the table about 5mins before.

He had pockets 6s, and yes one was a diamond

I was actually thinking he might of had the 6d so I was just gonna call the 900, would this have been wrong.

But then I thought he might have KQd or JQd and will I miss out.

    Hope this makes sense.

When he goes back over the top, I think they rarely or ever have the K or Qd. But you kinda left yourself pot stuck and had to call it off really.

I don't dislike raising the river (villain dependent), but if we're gonna do it then I'd rather just shove. At least give the impression we might be trying to pinch it/rep a single card in the deck. Generally though I'd just call the river lead and see what they have. Generally a big diamond will check call that river as its pretty hard to bet for value with the Qd for example.
