Meant to start today but I asked on another thread and got no response either.
would email and ask but I emailed about claiming last months gadget prize and got no reply so probably no point trying.

ps.  it's easier to get answers on the forum rather than troubling the priority account manager.

With regards to the best way to get in touch with me, I'd say send an email to priority@sky.com.

That will get to me (Your Priority Account Manager), or another member of the Priority team, whereas I wont always see a post on the forum.
