It is a massive move by him on the turn, so personally I'd put him on JQ, although he did make a 6x raise preflop. A lot of the time that means a big pair, but it is definitly hard for you to fold. You still have 3000 behind if you fold so can come back especially at the small blind level.

IM FOLDING TO THE ALL IN, FOR ME YOUR 6BB RAISE IS LETTING HIM FISH AFTER THE STRAIGHT AND FROM PERSONAL EXPIRIENCE ON HERE LET THEM FISH AND THEY WILL CATCH SOMETHING. PERSONALY IM SHOVING ALL IN AFTER THE FLOP BUT SAYING THAT AGAIN FROM TO MANY EXPIRIENCES ON HERE HE MAY STILL HAVE CALLED AND HIT ANYHOW.
ALSO IF YOUR POSTING HAND HISTORIES ON  HERE ITS BEST TO CHANGE THE OTHER PLAYERS NAME TO EITHER VILLIAN OR COLIN

just one of them i guess, you've called his big raise preflop with A10 but then hit the 10's his raise tells me either big pair or maybe suited AK AQ AJ so you don't really know where you are after the flop, he calls your sizeable bet on the flop so i'm thinking he's already made a hand of some sort with some outs to back him up but his small initial bet on the flop says he fears the 10's so he's not hit a set, the Q on the turn see's him push all in oop that tells me my 10's are in trouble although i'm now putting him on the straight rather than a bigger set, i bite the bullet and fold as only a miracle card on the river can improve my hand but it's a lot easier after the event, it's definately a tough call.
