Yes, apologies for this, there was an issue with the prize. The top 23 finished in the money and are being credited by customer care as I type this. Posted by Sky_Lee
Surprised more haven't posted about this. 223 runners all playing for 'no prizes.' I came 25th, but if I had a lobby showing the ladders, I might have seen the board round again if it meant a bit more.
No way just seen! I nearly 3k with 25th left, most were under the impression top 40 cashed. I would have waited if I had known. I spent an hour and 10 mins playing that, and if the lobby had shown the prizes, I could have folded the board round and cashed.

I got £18 for 17th.......prob £200ish for 2nd I would imagine, wp
free money at the end of the day, was a bit of a ballache not knowing where the bubble was but not a disaster
I'm literally shocked, how is that fair? People were saying last time top 40 were paid. I wouldn't have been shoving with 25 left if I knew it was £15 for two more places.

You shouldn't be shocked.
Who needs to know when the bubble is and what the pay jumps are, doesn't alter your strategy at all anyway.

you could see there was 223 runners and its always around 10% paid so why would you think 40 get paid?

It shouldn't do, but I bet it does for 90% of the recreational MTT players on the site.

Yes I agree, my initial post was sarcastic. It's very important info, because like you say surviving the bubble is a big deal for most players, therefore it's a big deal for people who want to take advantage of this.
In Response to Re: no prizemoney in the milestone freeroll??? : There have been lots of sky freerolls(especially large pizepool ones) that don't conform to norm pay out structures & have set amounts paid. Posted by belsibub
Right, fair enough. But with the absence of all prizepool info, and 223 runners, I would use my noggin to deduce that the money will start somewhere between the top 20-25 places.
Just because a few people pipe up saying it was top 40 last time (or w/e) I wouldn't take this as gospel, and would use the top 10% guideline unless told otherwise by someone from Sky Poker.
We were all in the same boat.............hard to claim some kind of injustice. If somebody was the only one not to know where the bubble was then maybe you could sympathise.

Only a freeroll though
