Help needed - sattelite issue

I just qualified for the UKPC final from a £44+4 sattalite.

first of all I accidently registered in (not really an issue now) so I played on and won a seat.

Now I am on holiday so there is know way I can play named tourney tomorrow or main event.

Every other site I have been on if you unregister you get the cash amount added or tournament $$$

I unregistered it took me out and added nothing to my account.

I do not know any other site that makes you do this (unless sattelite in with points) I sattalited in with cash.

Can anyone shed any light for me?

    Yes.  This is my understanding from reading other threads on the same subject.  If you had registered for the final before playing in the satellte, you would have got a cash refund to the value of the final, and then you could have de registered from the final getting a full refund.   From what others have said on other threads, you cannot do this, and therefore, your only hope is throwing yourself at the mercy of the very nice people on customer service.
