I seem to have had a bit of "run good". Many thanks to you, and everyone else involved in organising and running these leagues. Looking forward to next season if they run again,
I just tried to use my MTT tokens to play a £11 tournament and the system deducts 2 * £20 tokens - there is no option to use only one token and pay £1. I cancelled it.
Given that the tokens are in denominations of £5 and £10 this means that the system will massively overcharge each time and I will not get anywhere near the £55 advertised. I will be luck to get 3 £11 entries. I spoke to SkyPoker who agreed it was stupid but couldn't/wouldn't do anything.
I don't know whether you have any clout and could send a quick email but I would appreciate it if you could. If nothing else it might be worth asking for £11 and £5.50 denominations next time and hopefully my experience will make others aware.
Shame really as it takes the gloss off an otherwise cracking competition. Cheers Mark
I am not sure if you did anything (thanks if you did) or whether SkyPoker had a change of heart without telling me but they have converted my tokens into non-withdrawable cash so I can get full value. Sense prevailed. Hope others can get sorted too.
Just as a follow up to the issue with tokens. I too had the problem of firstly being misled by the pop up while registering for a tournament, saying the free bet amount it would take would be £11, and then taking 2 £10 tokens. Then trying to get customer services to change my tokens into usable amounts.
Having access to Priority customer care, I was able to get my tokens changed into non withdrawable cash which was perfect. Although Magoha did, I am not sure that everyone would get this outcome. I have since had an email suggesting that they would not do this for me again.
With this in mind, if there is any way that the tokens could be credited in all £11, or all £5.50 amounts, and not a mixture that would be great. Although non withdrawable cash would be even better.
Sorry if this is a pain, and I appreciate your efforts in this matter,
As stated previously with tokens they are to be used as part payment towards seats and as such you should buy in to a higher value game than your token amount in account. This has always been the case. I can give a few weeks of smaller denominations is you wish or a specific seat to match the token value.
Sorry if a pain, but happy to break down prizes, if helps.
If you could do the £110 at your earliest convenience then that would be great. I can work it out from there, as I am sure you have better things to do than drip tokens into my account,
Once again thanks for all your efforts, and enjoy your summer,

I'm Mike Nash, believe I came 4th overall in the league.
Is there a prize for a top 10 finish?
Cheers Mike
