AA OOP vs maniac 3bet or call?

having seen what i saw of this person so far it gets me wondering should i make a 3bet with this preflop or do i play it as weak as i play other hands?
previously i've seen him do a bet of 6K when the pot was just 1K and his hand on that occasion was QJs on a rainbow 9 high flop.
when he has limped in preflop and i did a raise with a hand on the button he then does a massive reraise which made me have to fold.
there was a time a person UTG min raised and he called it, when i do a 3bet on the button with QQ he folded his hand on that occasion.
weather or not he saw my hand request sent onto the TV and decided to start changing i don't know but what are your thoughts.
Q do i take the chance and just call my hand preflop or does siitting out of position make it too big an ask?

Bit too deep to flat and be sure of getting stacks in post. With 5k or less flatting would be fine but here I think clicking it back as gran said is probably good. Not a min click back tho, but more like 2x his raise.

Prefer 3-betting to like 1200-1300.

Against villain as described I'd be checking flop 100% of the time assuming they call pre.

If they are as crazy as is made out then call is fine as they will make a crazy flop bet anyway.
