cash for points not paid

I'm not one to complain and I know its only around £11 but I have checked my account and advanced search and as I'm aware I have not received my bonus for last month. I have checked with some others and they have received there's and as I was aware it should have been paid by the end of play on Friday. Can any of the mods look into this for me please thanks in advance.

Its got nothing to do with the mods, they wont have access to your account. You need to speak to customer care

actually I just checked, I didn't get paid either!

yes I did, 3rd September by manual adjustment
